Someone who understands house wiring and power supply and knows AutoCAD/Dialux Software tool could be a good fit for the role. This role also needs to handle a team of 4-5 people.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div style="">● Conducting thorough site inspections to evaluate site readiness for home automation and lighting product</div><div style="">installations</div><div style="">● Regular visits to client sites and advise the client/site electrician/supervisor on the standards required for the</div><div style="">home automation solution</div><div style="">● Being the primary contact for the site, ensuring the seamless installation to clients of Keus Products</div><div style="">● Review the Load evaluation details of sites and propose a solution</div><div style="">● Managing the escalations for identified issues and facilitating the resolution</div><div style="">● Efficiently addressing and resolving complaints about electrical, home automation, and lighting products</div><div style="">● Responsible for handling the team of executives</div>
